Accutane

People are always looking the easy way out of things.  Well, there actually is one when it comes to acne.  I know a cure that you don't even need to wash your face and yet you still get the same results of crystal clear skin.  I am talking about Accutane (generic name is Isotretinion).  Accutane is a very powerful acne drug that is only prescription.  Well, unless you know where to get it online that is!  Accutane has a 97% success rate!  I have seen people go from 100 pimples on their face to insanely clear skin in just four months.  The best part is all you do is take a pill every day.  Okay, you may have to take two pills a day.
The way accutane works is it drys up the sebum producing glands in you skin to the point where your face can't overproduce sebum anymore, like it physically can't make too much.  This in turn makes acne basically impossible since a key factor to acne is the sebum that the toxins get stuck in.  No sebum equals no acne.  You may be wondering why some people don't get the same results than?  Well, some people have very strong sebum producing glands and some peoples glands aren't as affected by the ingredients used to dry up the sebaceous glands.  The good news is the majority of people are very susceptible to accutane and its gland drying power!
A normal cycle of accutane will be about 4 months, sometimes it takes two or three cycles but usually by the end of it your skin is clearer than most everyone you see.  Accutane is an amazing super antidote. There are some negative side affects but they don't tend to happen unless you already have bad joints, bad liver function, depression, or extremely dry skin.  If those don't describe you than talk to your doc about getting accutane, it will save your life.  If the doc says no and you still wanna have a go then email me and I'll give you the right place to get it, just take caution, there is a reason it is a prescription drug.

I hope this has helped give hope to those who want to take a pharmacological approach to acne fighting.  For those who don't there will be more natural treatments in the coming posts.  Stay tuned and stay clear.

2 Spoonfuls A Day Makes Your Acne Go Away

Just a spoonful of sugar might make you feel good, but your acne will get worse.  There is however a special nutrient that can make your acne go down, in the most delightful way!  A spoonful of Flax Seed Oil, two times a day will take your skin to the clearest it can be.  But how?

Flax Seed Oil

Flax seed oil is the best of the best when it comes to omega fatty acids.  These omega fatty acids are either fantastically healthy, or terribly harmful, depending upon the form they are consumed in.  If the oil (like fish oil)  has too much omega 6 in it, it can actually cause inflammation.  What is needed is about two times more omega 3 than omega 6, flax oil has just that!  What does this have to do with skin?  The skin of a person with acne is obviously clogged, but why?  Many things are released through your skin (oils, toxins, sweat), but the reason it clogs is that the skin cells aren't renewing fast enough.  What flax oil does is speed up the renewing process for our skin cells, making the skin exponentially harder to get clogged.  Now that sounds good to me!

Flax oil is my favorite thing to use for acne and I suggest you all use it too!  It not only works to cure acne, it also helps with dry skin and eczema too!

I hope this has helped you!
As always I welcome your comments.  Until next time...

Is your Liver causing you to Break Out?

Hey everyone! I hope your are all doing well.  Today I'd like to dive a little deeper into the liver and its role in acne.  It is most likely a factor in your acne, if not the main reason.

When you eat food, have stress, or smoke (to name a few) you are putting certain toxins into your body.  These toxins usually get filtered out by your liver, and that is the end of them.  However, in some cases, our livers aren't in the best condition.  In these cases, the toxins end up getting redirected to another filter, known as the skin.  This usually isn't a problem unless your skin has a problem too.  Sometimes when skin doesn't regenerate fast enough, and there is too much sebum on your face, toxins mix in with that causing acne.

So how do we get these toxins filtered by just your liver instead of your skin?  That's easy...

Milk Thistle.

There is a fantastic herb that is known for regenerating damaged liver cells and in turn, this lets the liver do it's filtering job correctly.  This herb is called Milk Thistle.  I myself have been using it for 2 months now, and I must say I feel good.  It has not only helped clear my skin but it made my body feel younger.  It has helped my energy levels, irritability, and my bags under my eyes are gone too!  Try starting out with a bottle of Milk Thistle Tincture, the tinctures of herbs always dissolve in your body at a much higher rate than powders.  Start with two droppers full a day in a small glass of juice.

Watch out for the first few days, your acne may get a bit worse since all the toxins are getting pushed out, but don't fret, it will get better!

I hope this information gets into the right hands!  Look out for my next post about Skin Cell Regeneration and how it can be your answer to clear skin!

Stay healthy,
Tom Rio

Acne has a cure.

Acne has a cure, a few cures actually.  There are so many folks out there who say, "just wash your face", or, "don't eat so much chocolate".  They could not be more wrong.  Sure you need to cleanse your face, and watch what you eat, but just washing your face and eating less chocolate is like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound.
Since this is my first post I will go over what this blog will go through.  There are a few main causes of acne, they are as follows:

  • Food we eat that brings toxins into our body
  • Stress and Hormones releasing toxins into our body
  • Liver Functioning issues
  • Skin Regeneration issues
last but not least..
  • hygiene (not using salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and glycolic acid)
The posts that will follow will consist of an in depth cure, per post, for each of the different causes.  I may also do a question and answer post or a FAQ post depending upon the questions I receive.  I look forward to helping you all get acne free!
